We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions.

🔸 Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

  • You must report the issue within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

  • Accepted reasons for return:

    • Received wrong item

    • Product is physically damaged

    • Item not as described

🔸 How to Request a Return:

  • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Our support team will verify and guide you through the return/exchange process.

🔸 Refunds:

  • If a replacement is not available, you may request a refund.

  • Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be issued within 3–5 working days via bank transfer or Easypaisa.

Note:
We do not accept returns for used, damaged by customer, or customized items.
